Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Emaile service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Emaile. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Emaile is an AI-powered email management service. The Service connects to your email account (via the Nylas API), reads your emails, and uses artificial intelligence to:

• Categorize and prioritize your emails.
• Generate short summaries of email content.
• Draft reply suggestions on your behalf.
• Detect meeting requests and newsletter subscriptions.
• Deliver a daily briefing of your most important messages.
• Apply automation rules you configure.

The Service acts as an assistant — all actions that affect your inbox (sending emails, deleting messages) require your explicit confirmation unless you have configured automation rules to the contrary.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at legal@emaile.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, phishing emails, or any unsolicited bulk messages.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the Service's security measures.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

By connecting your email account, you grant Emaile permission to read, analyze, and — when you explicitly request — send emails on your behalf. This permission is granted via OAuth and can be revoked at any time from Settings → Connected Accounts.

Revoking access will immediately stop Emaile from accessing your inbox. It will not delete data already synced to our systems; to delete that data, submit a data deletion request to privacy@emaile.ai.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

AI-generated content (summaries, drafts, categorizations) is not guaranteed to be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated replies before sending them. Emaile is not liable for any consequences arising from acting on AI-generated content without your own review.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emaile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

The Emaile application, design, and underlying technology are owned by Emaile and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your email content remains your property. By using the Service, you grant Emaile a limited, non-exclusive license to process your email content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we make changes that materially affect you, we will give reasonable advance notice.

We reserve the right to change the pricing of the Service with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at legal@emaile.ai. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give advance notice where possible.

After account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
